Welcome to Speak Without Fallout (SWF) — a communication and leadership development program. (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or accessing this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Purpose

Speak Without Fallout is an educational and developmental program designed to help professionals enhance their communication, leadership, and influence skills. It is not a substitute for psychological counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the program — including videos, slides, worksheets, frameworks, templates, and live session recordings — are the intellectual property of Speakwithoutfallout.com.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any material (digital or printed) without written permission.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments must be made in full before access to the program is granted, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Refunds are only provided if explicitly stated in the offer at the time of purchase. Because this is a live and intellectual property–based experience, once materials are accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.

5. Program Access and Conduct

You agree to participate in sessions respectfully, uphold confidentiality of discussions, and not record or distribute live sessions without consent.
We reserve the right to revoke access to the program if your behavior disrupts the learning environment or violates these terms.

6. Results Disclaimer

While Speak Without Fallout provides tools, frameworks, and guidance to improve communication and leadership effectiveness, your results depend on your personal effort and application. We make no guarantee of specific career, financial, or performance outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Speakwithoutfallout.com and its facilitators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program. You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

8. Confidentiality

All participant information and discussions are treated with discretion. However, we cannot be held responsible for disclosures made by other participants.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Speakwithoutfallout.com operates. Any disputes shall be resolved under those laws.
